Other Requirements
All core and concentration area courses must be completed with a grade of B- or better, and students must attain an overall graduate grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 or better. All students, including those in joint degree programs, must complete a minimum of 35 hours of planning courses (those with a 102 prefix). In other words, up to 15 hours of course work from other departments can count toward a planning degree. Students must also complete a portfolio of papers approved by the student’s final exam committee.
